Composition

Blend obtained from the combination of grains from the best Robusta origins, which give it body and bitterness, and Arabica, which give it flavour and aromas. To ensure optimum characteristics, each source has been roasted separately. 

General characteristics

The properties of coffee have long been known to stimulate memory and alertness levels in addition to acting as an attenuator of fatigue.

Tasting notes

Visual appearance - Abundant and persistent cream. Hazelnut colour, with reddish tones. Fairly homogeneous.

Olfactory notes - Aromas of caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, spices and floral notes.

Taste characteristics - Intense round and velvety coffee.  The abundant body of the Robusta and the acidity and sweetness of the Arabica produce a balanced cup of coffee with a long finish.
